Hi I am Sara!

I'm the safety expert who believes children deserve both protection and challenge. Working with families has taught me that the best safety decisions come from parents who understand both the risks AND their individual children.

You already know your child's capabilities better than any expert, so I'm here to give you the evidence-based confidence to trust those instincts while navigating modern safety realities. Through ToyScope, I support families who choose sophisticated risk assessment over simplistic rules.

Who is this webinar for?

This is designed for thoughtful parents, grandparents, and caregivers who reject one-size-fits-all safety advice. You value both your children's development and their wellbeing, and you're looking for guidance that respects your intelligence and your family's unique dynamics. We've created separate events for educators and therapists to address their unique challenges.

Will this cover safety for different age groups?

Yes, the webinar includes guidance for children aged 0-8, with specific sections addressing different developmental stages and considerations for children with developmental differences or disabilities.

What if I cannot attend the live sesion?

All registered participants will receive access to the recording of the main presentation for 30 days after the event. Recording will include the main presentation only, I will not be recording the Q&A session.

Do I need any technology or preparation?

You will just need a device with internet access and Google Meets installed or accessible via browser. No special materials are required, though having a notepad might be useful.

How interactive is the session?

The first 60 minutes will be presentation-based with some interactive elements. The final 30 minutes are dedicated to your questions and specific challenges. You can submit questions via chat or Q&A function during the session.

Is this really free?

Yes, it is 100% free. I believe that learning about safety must be accessible to everyone because it is essential, not a luxury.
