Upcoming Live Events

You know that feeling when you look around your living room and think: How did we end up with so many toys... and why does nobody play with them?

In February, I am running a pilot with a group of families to get us all to tackle that overwhelming toy clutter and reconnect with play around the home. This is not about creating Instagram-ready playrooms, guilting you into planning elaborate activities or fear-mongering about every tiny thing around your home. This is about giving you time to think about your family, your time, your space, and it's about making changes that actually fit your real life.

Three weeks in February

  • Week 1: Your family and your space - Understanding how your child actually plays, what they're drawn to, and looking honestly at the space you've got to work with

  • Week 2: The declutter - The hands-on work of sorting, deciding, and letting go (this is the hard one, but we'll do it together)

  • Week 3: Make it stick - Setting up simple habits so you don't slide back into chaos, plus how to handle the incoming tide of new toys

Here is how it works:

  • 4 Sunday sessions (8th, 15th, 22nd Feb, 1st March) 30-60 minutes, all recorded

  • Weekly practical challenges between sessions (expect up to 2 hours each week, preferably with your children)

  • Small group of 20 families (you can share as much or as little as you want, but all get my support)

  • This programme uses email and weekly Google Meet calls. You won't need to join any social media platforms or create new accounts.

This is for you if:

  • You're drowning in toys, but feel guilty getting rid of them

  • You're worried about safety but overwhelmed by conflicting advice

  • Your child has specific developmental needs and standard age labels don't help

  • You're moving house and want a fresh start

  • You just need a bit of motivation and group accountability to finally do this

This is NOT for you if:

  • You want me to tell you exactly which toys to keep (I'll teach you how to decide, not decide for you)

  • You cannot commit 2-3 hours per week to actually doing the work

  • You're hoping I'll tell you it's fine to keep everything and just buy better storage

  • You want perfect Pinterest aesthetics, not a functional family life

  • You need individual 1:1 support right now (this is group-based learning)

This is a pilot, so it's free. I need your honest feedback about what works and what doesn't. In return, you get my full attention for a month and a clearer, calmer approach to toys.

Limited to 20 families. Expression of interest closes 25th January.

Toy safety is a dynamic process, rather than a single rule. Each child, family, space, toy and situation is different, so I am not teaching rules, but skills for making safety decisions in a moment. Join me in training your risk-aware eyes, supportive hands and trusting heart.
